Meet Osteopath Dr Mary Sandral
Mary completed her Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. She also holds further qualifications in dry needling.
She was initially drawn to osteopathy by her own experiences as a patient with various sporting injuries as a teenager. This fuelled a strong desire to understand pain and injury and help others return to the activities they love. She has been working in regional Victoria before making the move back to Melbourne.
Mary enjoys treating a variety of conditions, with a keen interest in treating sporting injuries, neck and back pain. She utilises a range of hands-on techniques and incorporates exercise rehabilitation to deliver a treatment approach tailored to achieve the best outcomes for each person.
Mary enjoys working with people from all walks of life to help them achieve their goals – be that getting back out to their sporting endeavours or improving day-to-day pain and mobility constraints.
Hailing from a farm along the beautiful NSW/VIC border region, Mary holds a great appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, you will find Mary running around for the Western Bulldogs in the VFLW. She also enjoys going to watch the footy as much as possible and spending quality time with family and friends.
