Dr Jessica Tehan
Osteopath (Paediatrics)

Jessica graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science
(complementary medicine) and a Masters of Osteopathy.

Jessica has a special interest in paediatrics and works with newborns, infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers. In her time working as an osteopath she has dedicated herself to enhancing her knowledge and skills in paediatric osteopathy. She has attended over 100 hours of further study in paediatrics.

Jessica enjoys working with the musculoskeletal strains that may be associated with conditions such as reflux, colic and flat head syndrome and has a special interest in infant feeding difficulties both at the breast and bottle. This special interest came about after her experience and difficulties feeding her own
children.

Jessica is currently completing a Certificate 4 in Breastfeeding
Education and aims to continue developing her knowledge and skills in lactation. Jessica has a gentle and caring approach to the treatment and care of her clients and enjoys involving families in having an active role in their health. Jessica not only treats our littlest clients, but also is a senior Osteopathic mentor in the clinic.

Outside of practice Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 young children, participating in regular pilates classes and reading.
