Positions Available at take2health

We need a new Osteo to join our team! We are one business, with 2 sites, located in Caroline Springs (take2health), & Strathmore (ENTA). We are a multidisciplinary clinic, located just 30 minutes and 10 minutes respectively from the city. Come and work in a supportive and energetic team along side Osteopaths, Myotherapists, Remedial Massage therapists, psychologist, acupuncturist, Clinical Pilates & yoga instructors. The clinic is a modern environment, fully computerised and with full time reception.

This position is replacing an existing long term therapist and will be ongoing in either a full time, or permanent part time capacity. No more counting patient numbers and multiplying by percentage! This is an employed position with all entitlements such as Super and holiday pay!

Whilst there is some flexibility of days, Mondays and Tuesdays would be required as well as shifts that involve some evening work. At an absolute minimum you would need to be available 3.5 days per week.

Take2Health is looking for a casual or part time “Administration Superstar” to join their team. The ideal candidate will be available for a minimum of 2 days per week with the opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate. This role will be based across both clinic locations of Strathmore & Caroline Springs.

Whilst availability after 5pm is not essential for this role, some available shifts do include working until 8.00pm weeknights, and the occasional Saturday, – therefore, flexibility is highly sought.

Whilst this position will begin in a reception /admin /customer service role, with time, there is the potential for you to become the leader of our administrative team and work closely with the director. You will be involved in streamlining clinic operations, data entry and bookkeeping.

About the Role

Reporting to the Practice Director, the responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Above all you are the front of house client experience officer providing our clients with the best possible reception experience.
  • Organise, implement, and optimise clinic systems and all aspects of running our front desk.
  • Oversee the day to day smooth operations of the practice.
  • Management of practitioner’s diaries to improve optimization.
  • Enhance the client experience and improve current referral relationships
  • Invoicing and bookwork
  • Assist in induction and support of new clinicians in the practice.

This is a casual / part time position with attractive remuneration commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.

About You

  • We are looking for an admin superstar who has exceptional customer service skills with a “can do” attitude.
  • You have the ability to work well autonomously and within a team and have demonstrated experience with keeping track of practice requirements.
  • You are able to identify, review and solve operational issues and a willingness to learn and grow and take on feedback.
  • We are seeking someone who can think laterally and show initiative. You must be an excellent communicator and love organisation.

The Musts

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a fantastic work ethic.
  • Excellent computer skills and aptitude for technology. Some knowledge of working with MAC computers will be an advantage.
  • Able to work across both the Strathmore & Caroline Springs clinics.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
  • A highly professional and friendly manner, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Previous experience using practice management software (such as Cliniko), Xero, HICAPS, PRODA and Medicare, will be well regarded but certainly not essential
  • Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered

We’re looking for 2 Progressive Osteos to Join our Team!

  • 1 position is available for an Osteopath with 0 – 3 years experience (New Grads welcome)
  • 1 position for an experienced Osteopath with greater than 3 years experience.
